KALNAPILIS "Non-alcoholic" - a non-alcoholic beer with a particularly mild and light flavour and a pronounced hop bitterness, using all the ingredients of traditional beer - hops, malt, water and yeast. The key to Kalnapil's non-alcoholic beer recipe is the special yeast that creates the usual fermentation process for beer, but, unlike in the case of conventional beer, does not release alcohol.
