Description
Cottage cheese, wheat flour, water, sugar, wheat semolina, salt, raising agent: baking soda.
- Preparation:
- Place the curds in salted boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes after boiling.
- Add to the hot fat and cook over low heat for 4-5 minutes until nicely browned.
- Storage conditions: not above -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing !
